Delivery may be extended during sale periods. Please refer to the checkout page for an updated estimate for your location. Kindly note that once you have placed an order, it is no longer possible to modify your order. VAT is included in all product prices.
All orders are fully traceable using Tracking.
Please ask our service if you did not get the tracking number.
Shipping to a different address
It is possible to place an order with shipment to a different address than your home or billing address when paying with a credit card. Please note that Payments require that your order is shipped to your registered home address.
Collect in store
If you are not satisfied with the price. You may collect it in our store and arrange your shipment directly.
If 'Collect in Store' is available on your order, it will be displayed as a shipping option at checkout. Estimated availability time is shown at checkout and in the order confirmation email, and a notification will follow.
How to collect in store
- You will receive a notification via EMAIL when your order is ready for pick up
- Please Contact our service if you need us to delivery the goods to any Chinese address
- You will have 5 days to collect your order from when the EMAIL is received
If your order is not collected within 5 days, We will process a return on your behalf and your original method of payment will be refunded.
If you would like to make a return, please bring the item(s) to any store and we will handle your return or exchange. Please note that we cannot accept returns at department stores or outlets
